Whether you'd like a box of desserts brought round for a celebration or a batch of 500 Fantastic Sweets set aside to collect, here's how it all works.
We deliver fresh homemade food most days within the local area. Place your order the day before and we'll bring your chocolates, snacks, cocoa-dusted delights and other creations to you fresh, usually between 9am and noon. A small delivery fee applies depending on your distance. Pick-up orders are ready from our kitchen by 10am daily — just let us know when you'd like to collect your 500 FS treats.
Pick a time that suits you and we'll have your baked goods boxed and ready at the counter — just let us know your name when you arrive.
Everything we make leaves our kitchen the same day it's baked. Cakes, pastries and all our homemade food are best enjoyed fresh; if you're keeping anything overnight, store it in an airtight container and enjoy it within a day or two.
Planning a celebration, party or need a bulk order of desserts and snacks? Please give us at least a few days' notice so we can bake enough to meet your needs without running short. Get in touch and we'll discuss exactly what you'd like.
If you need to change or cancel, let us know before we start baking and we'll adjust it or refund you happily. Once your order comes out of the oven with your name on it, we may not be able to make changes.
